ggKBase is a service designed to assist in analyzing and integrating *omic data (e.g. metagenomics, proteomics, etc). The source code for ggKBase will be made available as an open source project.
You are encouraged to contact the development staff with issues related to usage of ggKBase. The ggKBase development staff as well as the members of the Banfield lab at the University of California, Berkeley, are not available to support outside research/computation requests.

ggKBase and its underlying servers and systems are properly administrated and backed up. However, ggKBase is not responsible for data loss or work loss as a result of system or hardware failures or criminal activity.
We reserve the right to perform additional data analysis to improve ggKBase, and we will not release user-contributed data without consent of the user.
Users of ggKBase are expected to properly cite any published work.
